HVAC Technician/Installer:
Sampson Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is adding to our staff & looking for a HVAC technician. This is a full time, long term position with a growing company located in Hixton WI. Duties included are: Service and install of residential and light commercial equipment including: furnaces, rooftop units, air conditioners, boilers and geothermal.
Preferred candidates will have a degree in HVAC or equivalent work experience in the industry or related industry. Strong electrical knowledge is needed along with solid mechanical abilities. We are willing to train the right individual with similar background.
Qualified candidates must have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license. Must be able to present themselves to customers in a professional manner and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Must be available for after hour rotational service calls.

General Help/Laborer:
Sampson Heating & Air Conditioning in Hixton is looking for an individual to help our installers and technicians with HVAC equipment installations with the opportunity to grow into a technician. Basic duties will include but not limited to: assisting with installing furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, boilers, some sheet metal fabrication, and delivering equipment to jobsites.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, must be dependable and have a desire to work in a team environment. Must be capable to lift up to 75 lbs. Past or current HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or maintenance experience helpful but not required. This is full time work with advancement opportunities, benefits and long time employment with the right work ethic and performance.
