I would highly recommend Sampson Heating, especially Blake. Very professional and knew what he was doing. Very happy.

I recently replaced my electric heat with a new gas furnace from Sampson Htg & Air. They are professional and accommodating, graciously working around my schedule for installation. The team went over everything I'd need to know regarding home maintenance and made the transition and installation completely stress-free and simple. I should have done it long before now!

Sampson's installed our geothermal system approximately 4 years ago. Chris & Dan were both professional and courteous.
We recently had to call due to part that had gone bad, on a Sunday. Chris answered the call immediately and sent a tech. We were back up and running within a few hours.

Prior to putting in a new furnace I did my homework and Sampsons meet my expectations above and beyond in both workmanship in the quality. I am pleased I made the choice I did & I'm confident you will as well.

Our furnace gave out and they were super quick to come out and help us out and get a new furnace ordered and installed.

My wife and I are building a new house. When we had to decide on who to use for HVAC, all we had to do to make our decision was visit their place of business! Professional, organized & clean.

They have by far exceeded our expectations!

I had a issue with my furnace at 11pm when it was -15° outside. Called and owner answered. Very nice guy. He walked me through what to do to ge the furnace running again until temps warmed up. Worked perfectly. Nice and honest guy - found my new HVAC tech.

Christmas eve and Dan and Blake fit us into their schedule as a first time customer. They explained everything that was done wrong with our new home install and got us back running with a plan to make permanent corrections. Great customer experience for sure when outdoor windchills were -20 or lower.

I wish that I could give Dan and his staff 10 stars. My husband and I have been live-in caregivers for my elderly parents for the past 4 years. My mother passed away in September, and my father fell and injured himself in October. This past year has been an especially stressful and heartbreaking one. Just as the temperatures outside started to plummet, our outdoor wood boiler malfunctioned and reached a dangerous temperature. With my father's injuries, we knew that it was no longer reasonable for us to use wood as our primary heat source anyway. The boiler had been our sole source of heat for our garage and basement flooring systems. With freezing temperatures looming, we needed someone capable of understanding a complex system to drain the boiler and the piping systems beneath the floors. I contacted Dan, and he and his employees went out of their way to help us. Dan's employees came after hours to ensure that the system would be drained before bitterly could temperatures caused any damage. I will be forever grateful to Dan and his staff for their kindness, professionalism and work ethic. They went way above and beyond the call of duty. They have restored my faith in humanity.

We contacted Dan at Sampson Heating during the mid Winter of 2022. We explained that we were looking to replace our existing furnace and air conditioning unit. From the first conversation with Dan to the last, he and the Company have been nothing but up front in regards whether they could do the job, given we have a double wide trailer house with a full basement. The response and up to date scheduling on their end to fit ours was the best we’ve ever witnessed. The furnace fit the size of our house and the existing ductwork needed to be added to provide the most efficient airflow, which Dan recommended. The air conditioning unit was professionally installed and with our concern of our original units airflow, Dan made it a point to make sure the new unit provided the airflow that suited us. Fast forward to this fall. Dan noticed that we had an outdoor wood burner that was our primary source of heat. From that, we took his advice to install a secondary source of heat if something should ever happen to our wood stove. With a week notice, Dan was contacted about a tank being delivered to our house and he scheduled in a technician to be at our house when the tank was being installed. We realize that everyone is busy during these days but once again Sampson Heating and Air came through huge for us. We can’t enough about the timeliness, professional advice, the professional work done and lastly providing that opportunity if any questions we have, please feel free to call us. To us that means a lot and we highly recommend anyone to have Sampson Heating and Air provide them the professional service and beyond they provided us.
